    Years ago, my dad had a stroke that left him legally blind. He lost his peripheral vision in one eye, and could had tunnel vision in the other eye. However, when he went to get his license renewed, he passed the “vision” test, because THAT he could see. He never drove, but this all happened when I was around 15, so he was my “licensed” driver when I had my permit. Best experience ever. He couldn’t see, so he didn’t yell at me to "watch the curb, you’re too close, etc., like my mom did. LOL

    I wonder how old Irv is, at least 65 I guess, so why does he get 10 years and my husband (just turned 65) only got 5?
