I bet that kids would not even notice someone playing a tuba next to their ear.
Police trainees have to be continually told to “get their heads out of their apps”. They have poor consciousness of their surroundings – poor situational awareness – and will make poor cops.
if it weren’t clear those were game controllers, they could be texting…each other
