    I dunno.

    There isn’t an equal sign in the whole thing….

    His demonstration is all one sided, so it can’t be solved for any value.

     

    You might take it to mean that love can be a difficult problem…

    or that his has no value…

    But maybe he means to show her that it’s not really a problem at all.

     

    JohnSI… Sorry….that’s just reducing the first line to simpler terms, and ignoring the rest.

    There’s no equation, and nothing to solve.
