Now see, at first glance, I thought panel 2 was the melted pop from yesterday, and then as a parent, I would be very concerned to see red fluid underneath the baby. Continuity, sometimes it’s bad for you!

I don’t know if there ever has been a day-to-day continuity in this strip.
