I wished the cartoonists had done a teensy bit of research before writing these strips. First flying into an airport too small for transatlantic planes, now they are eating breakfast in their room. No one does that either – and rooms in Venice are usually quite small, so even more so.
Yeah, it’s “just a comic”, but the same story could be told with a little effort, without ruining suspension of disbelief for anyone who’s ever travelled outside North America.
