It’s okay to celebrate finishing the little steps. It keeps you motivated to do the others.
I’m at one of those points right now.
Just when Amanda finishes the list:
The caterer will call to say the canapes won’t be ready in time…
The baker will call to say the cake tipped over and won’t be ready…
The DJ will call to say she forgot that she booked another gig at the same time as the wedding…
The bridal shop will call to say “we lost your measurements; can you come back in to be re-measured?”
Three of the bridesmaids will bail.
Etc., etc.
Nothing bad happened at all! (Spoiler alert. Haha!)
