Even on holiday, worries of home follow you.

Our current “fearless leader” should worry everyone on the planet.

Well drawn. We went there this year and those pannels brought everything back. It was amazing. We arrived at 9 am and were kicked out at closing time.

Ignore those asking you to give politics a rest. Many of your readers appreciate you speaking your mind, even if only in subtle ways. And it helps paint a richer and more nuanced picture of your characters too. Betty is so much more relatable and endearing when we know her more fully. Thank you.

Betty and Bub are from CANADA. So they are not talking about Trump, but Trudeau so you American liberals give it a rest already!

One of the most fascinating things I’ve ever seen in connection with my obsession with “Doctor Who” was an episode of the behind-the-scenes series “Doctor Who Confidential” that tied in with the episode “The Fires of Pompeii”. A large part of the “Confidential” was star David Tennant going to Pompeii and getting a guided tour of the ruins, and even up onto Vesuvius itself. It really cemented the idea that these were real people, and this was a real tragic natural disaster, even if it happened nearly two thousand years ago.

As far as US elections go, maybe if there had been a different outcome in 2008 or 2012, there would be less stress today.

I think she meant ‘erection’, the love child of eruption and election.

I’m Canadian and I’m way more frightened of what Trump can do to mess up my planet than what Trudeau might do!
