That’s a relief. I was worried there about five miles back.

Good thing you can go through it in about 5 minutes on your way to a more enlightened state. Like Maine.

As a native son, I must point out that the state capitol is Montpelier, not Newport.

It would be more interesting if the sign said: Welcome to Vermont, now a Trump free state"!

This doesn’t work very well, given that King Arthur Flour is based in Norwich, VT.

There are some Vermonters who want to be autonomous again like before they became part of the Union they were a republic. These days Putin would help them and Anthropogenic Global Warming will finish us and all the others into “The Splinterlands” by probably 2050 or even 2100 AD.

A recently published study in the journal Digestion found that 86 percent of individuals who believed they were gluten sensitive could tolerate it. Individuals with celiac disease, a hereditary autoimmune condition that affects about 3 million Americans, or roughly 1 percent of the population, must avoid gluten.

Of course, if you are in that 1 % then that would be good information.

It’s all more complicated than you think. Read this and you’ll realize how multifaceted the gluten issue is. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2016/07/02/gluten-food-processing.aspx?utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20160702Z1&et_cid=DM109539&et_rid=1556510030
