That’s what door locks are for, but there probably isn’t one on a kids door.

Cause they’ve got kids lol

This is part of the enjoyment (?) of being with relatives!

We stayed overnight with friends one New Years Eve. Slept on a hide-a-bed. We found it more comfortable to sleep with our heads at its foot. Very early in the morning, we heard heavy breathing from their 2 year-old daughter. Hubby had a crew cut and she had to pat the top of it. Took all his effort to keep his eyes closed.

My young granddaughter is sharing our room while her folks are here visiting us. She has a habit of getting up several times a night to “go potty” but in truth, she wants to play or get another story out of Grandma. So far, she only gets taken to the bathroom and then told that night is for sleeping, NOT for being entertained. I think I will be losing my status as favourite Grandmother shortly. :P
