The next cartoon: beware of Mr. Staple’s lame jokes!

It’s been a while since we saw Gina, or Randy, or Ellen, or anyone besides Nate, Francis and Teddy.

I saw Toxic Tuna Breath last night. They were opening for Heavy Water.

How about “The Deadly Swamp Inside Coach John’s Wet Armpits.”?

We interrupt this comic for a warning: Beware of Godfrey’s breath! Oh wait ! It’s already been given in the comic you say? No probs take a reminder!

It’s a great strip, and it’s funny in the last 2 parts if you think about Nate saying, “think of it as a public service”.

Seeing how bad Nate thinks Mrs. Godfrey’s breath stinks, you’d think that everyone in PS38 would already know about it, if it really is as toxic as Nate says it is. It wouldn’t be a public service if he keeps the book to himself, which is primarily what it seems like he is doing.

if mrs. godfrey has skittles and other candies in her desk, i’d assume that she would have a breath mint?

As long as unrelated comments don’t get out of control, I’m fine with it.

Wait, at the beginning of this arc, they were going to a cartooning club meeting, so if they are now in a class, it has to mean that either Peirce forgot or it is the next day. I’m sorry for the 3 comments I just kept on thinking of stuff to say after I already commented.

Political cartoons are used to inform the general public of an social issue (or political issue, as the name suggests). While political cartoons utilise hyperbole, Nate is just using it make fun of Mrs. Godfrey and get a laugh out of it, which is not the same. If Nate did this to a student, it would be considered bullying.
