I still send postcards when I go places! In fact, there are still two on our refrigerator that are four and five years old. One is from 2012 when I visited Rockport, MA and the other from Amish country in Berlin, OH. My best friend has the ones I sent him from the same places. And I hope to go to New Hampshire this coming summer and I’m sure I’ll send some from there, too!.
Not a bad idea Betty. It would be fun to collect them with the messages you write, that you’re having a good time. I’d put them in their own special scrapbook.

And pretty soon you can do your taxes on them.

One of my dad’s coworkers did this rather than carrying a camera. He figured the pros got better shots and the cards were all labeled.

I like to send myself postcards when I travel out of the country. It’s interesting to see how long they take to show up after I get back. lol

My Grandmother-in-law kept a scrapbook of her postcards from ca.1900. Quite a historical document!
