I haven’t even replied to that sham company putting out an alumni phone book for my high school. Nobody I knew 50 years ago cares where I am now.
When I was in high school. There was a saying “What’s What with Who’s Who”. I believe that was based on an article proclaiming what a scam it is.
I remember my sister, who had an enviable academic record, got invited to be in “Who’s Who in Teenage America.” We didn’t have the word “scam” back then, and I never heard what happened to the offer.
