This FREAKING RIDICULOUS!! We can’t post a breakfast but the SPAMMERS get to run CRAZY???

I think the spammers are paying someone under the table to get on here.

When I wrote to GoComics, this is the response I got:

Thank you for your note. We are doing our best to remove the comments and the accounts posting them as soon as we see them. We have a technical solution that will solve the SPAM problem. Unfortunately, it can not be implemented until the next site revision.

We appreciate your patience and definitely understand your frustration.

I wonder if the next revision will include removal for the comment sections.

Blasphemy!:) Saying God bless you when someone sneezed supposedly originated because people thought that a sneeze was the devil escaping from inside you.

Actually VD was rampant in the middleages and weak spots developed on the aorta so when someone sneezed and the weak spot did not blow causing a heart attack the term was “God blessed you”. and that is excathedra.

I hope God sneezes on the spamers. I would love them to be launched into orbit, or oncoming traffic.

what if we all click on the link to the spammers, then email them 100 times for absolutely no reason? think that would get rid of them?

I think they’re auiomatically generated, and you’re never gonna catch them because they aren’t people, just a gadget so to speak, like those recorded telemarketer calls.

There is a Firefox add-on called iMacros that can be used to continuously access their website when the macro is run in a loop. The interface allows you to enter “99999” as the maximum number of executions. I’ve never tried it, but it does work with a smaller number, and the execution can be stopped at any time by clicking a button on the interface.

Of course they may block you by your IP address eventually (if that is possible), but it would be fun to try if you want to dedicate a PC for the task.

Want to bet that their next site revision won’t happen until after Christmas? It will probably get much worse before it gets any better! Maybe the spammers pay them more than we Geniuses do!
