P3 - It appears as though the police are driving the wrong way on a one way street (note the speed limit sign on the left side), or MILFord driving rules dictate that they must drive on the left side of the road … either way, the police are driving in the wrong direction.
And how could I miss the “headlights/bewbies” in P2 earlier …
