Prediction: Rufus will win a live turkey. He won’t have the heart to kill it and eat it, so the bird will move into his cabin at the dump with him and the two cats.

With any luck, the dinner will be a coupon to the buffet in the mall, and not another pet (for the cats to try to torment!)
Molly’s nose (as her sisters/cousins etc.) only shows in profile, and perhaps if the light’s just right (but not likely on camera).
Molly needs to powder her nose to reduce the glare that obscures it.
