Are they made of cart-board?

Be sure to load your car quickly on those rainy days.

They’re made of salt. In the winter, you can use them to de-ice your driveway.

In Oregon, that cart wouldn’t last long enough to get to your car.

It’s a conspiracy against bag-ladies and homeless people.

Too bad they didn’t have these carts at the grocery store where I used to work. I hated going out in the rain to gather carts!

There is a world wide grocery chain called Aldi’s. If every grocery store would adopt their measures, there would be no more run away carts or carts scattered in the parking lot “willy nilly”.

James Lewis, you beat me to it. It would also be expensive to replace all those “dissolved” shopping carts!
