    “Zaza” is another name for a “Dubonnet cocktail”, which is made by combining Dubonnet and gin. I think it was invented or popularized by the bar at the Savoy Hotel in London, and named after a character in a movie. I know all this because it is the Queen’s signature drink. It’s what she has before dinner during her Christmas celebration.
