Teachers also start to develop a shield from all the idiocy and arguments that occur in their classrooms after they teach for long enough. This enables them to not get angry extremely easily. Nate must be helping Mrs. Godfrey develop this shield even more with all of his frivolous ideas and plans.

I’ve never seen Mrs. Godfrey make that face in the past panel.

My mom is a teacher and she still gets sick a LOT. And Mrs.Godfrey’s face in the last panel is amazing.

I drove school bus for almost five years.

Funny thing abut working in close proximity to all the bug growing machines behind me, i rarely got sick.

I was always careful to get my flu vaccine every year, so i didn’t have to be overly concerned about that.

And as for all the bugs that the kids spread amongst each other, remember, as adults we have already had all those bugs. Our immune system has ben primed for just about anything a kid might get. Kids bodies are still trying to get things figured out.

“I’m just a bill, yes I’m only a bill…” Hmm wrong bill.

Hey guys, this may not be related but I just found out that Disney bought Twentieth Century Fox, and now they own the movies rights to that plus the Fx network and national geographic. It’s crayzy.

Wow I’m so happy. We all got thru a day being civil to each other and not making too many extremely irrelevant posts. I don’t want to sound condescending. I really am happy for all of us.

The phrase “Oh, how I hate her.” has been used so often in Big Nate, Lincoln Peirce basically owns the phrase!

when you roll an 18 for constitution but a 1 on the dream job so you teach social studies xD
