Recall reading an article in the local paper about a couple students graduated HS with a GPA of 104 or such. Not much different from getting a trophy for showing up I guess.
I had the almost exact same thing happen to me during my college calculus course. I had the highest grade in the class on every test except one. I made a 105 on the test and some fellow just like Jason made a 108. The professor did not believe in giving A’s so he gave me a B for the course. Still makes me mad 49 years later when I think about it. I did get the only B in the class however.

I might be a bit out of touch, but can someone explain how you can get more than 100%? Are there some extra credit questions provided?
