Cheddar is just so…so…common. The only real cheese is Colby, and the only real colby comes from Colby, Wisconsin.
On the other hand, Wisconsin *is* the home of those stupid cheesehead hats.
But no matter where you’re from, “American Cheese” is an oxymoron.
