A long time ago a man was visiting a country were bullfighting was allowed. He took lunch at a local restaurant and found on the menu the equivalent of Rocky Mountain Oysters. He asked and the waiter replied that they were from a bull who had been dispatched that morning in the ring and that they were still available. Ordered them and thoroughly enjoyed his lunch. He returned the next day and ordered the same. The waiter asked how he liked them, “They are just as good as yesterday’s but a bit smaller,” “Ah, señor, sometimes the bull wins.”
