Kind of a reach, but I guess I get it…
I thought it was a city that loved bicycles.
But the drivers speed up when they get to 25 or 30 MPH limits. They seem to think they should drive at 50 MPH for a block. Then run the red traffic signal. And kill a pedestrian.
