So I just have to share what a friend gave me for Christmas. My own “Crazy Cat Lady” action figure! Complete with 8 cats/kittens. I’m not quite sure about the green cat, though. Is it a space alien kitty?

All the feels right now knowing that Tommy is about to be reunited with his woman. I haven’t been able to help myself and have snuck in a few re-reads waiting for this moment!

I love how the Baby is looking up so concerned in panel 1 and the look of satisfied victory and concentration in Elvis’ face in panel 2. The details in the face, such as the position of the eyebrow and the way Elvis is grinning conveys so much! Just further emphasizes Georgia’s wonderful talent.

I also got my copy of “All Cats Have Asperger Syndrome” in the mail today (yesterday now?). I can’t remember where I first saw it mentioned, but I had to get it because a) I love cats and b) I have Asperger Syndrome (so the book is a double thumbs up for me)!

If Tommy knows the whole neighborhood, why doesn’t he know where his own house is?

Everyone, cats and people are about to have a very merry Christmas. And a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to all the orbs here, human, feline (and any other). In another hour or so, I’m taking off for a very long drive to spend Christmas with my family. My two cats will be very unhappy as they have to spend the days in a kennel. It’s a very nice place with warm caring people who seem to love the animals, but still, my cats always look at me with a “What crime did I commit that I have to be in jail?” look. I wish I could explain to them that this way they are safe, warm and well-fed. Anyway, again Merry Christmas to all!

Georgia, Elvis’s emotional arc here is the best! Thank you for making this comic that we all enjoy so much!!!

Tommy is finally going to be with his humans! He does miss them, but being an “overly friendly” cat – he was probably easily distracted. At long last they will be reunited. How happy everyone will be :D

Happy Winter Solstice everyone!

This story is a reprise of the same she did back before she got syndicated, with minor changes. I was a little skeptical as to why Tommy couldn’t find his way home at first. Then I realized that our present cat arrived here from 10-12 miles away across much traffic. Her owner placed a laminated poster in our mailbox. She had been gone three weeks. However, when she saw how happy she was in our three wooded acres, she gave Gracie to us. Gracie was really coming home to her mountaintop. She has little relatives all over this neighborhood, all of them with a black marking behind the left back knee… :)

And it’s Elvis for the win!
