In Iowa, people go crazy searching for wild “Morel” mushrooms. Very distinct appearance makes it hard to mistake them for a poisonous one. No contest, that I’m aware of, but the reward is eating them.

How do they make sure the candles don’t burn the tree? I can see why the tradition ended.
