Poncho: Chazz's former dog was this Mr. Perfect Siberian husky. I can't help but feel inadequate by comparison. I mean, what do I have going for me? I'm puny, weak, uncoordinated. I'm not even a purebred. I guess the only thing I could try to do is simply be really, really well-behaved. Boomer: Hi, Poncho! Come on down, and bring a can of spray paint if you have one!

This strip is educational. I didn’t know that modern dogs now did territorial marking with spray paint…

The best laid plans of mice and men … and Poncho … just never work out, do they? But we all love you, Poncho! And Chazz loves you, too!

When people have really low expectations of you, might as well live up to ‘em.
