No to banning. Some people yet want ban watermelons because some people dropped or through them onto windshields of moving vehicles. Such was also done to bikers in motion. Old rule of thumb; pranks are dangerous. Intentional mischief should continue with golf and tennis where unsuspecting windshields are hopefully not in motion.
