Yup, that’s a pretty vintage vehicle. As I recall, manual chokes pretty much went out in the early ’60s.
OMG! My ’51 Buick Super had an auto choke! The only time I ever saw chokes was on lawn mowers and outboard motors.
But this one has a Manuel choke. That’s him in the back seat.

My mom had a 76 Honda Civic I think that had manual choke.
