In an odd coincidence, I had gotten information on how to buy and sell Bitcoins. A week later, they’re in trouble. Fortunately for me, I hadn’t even opened that email.

Land itself is cheap. Cody shouldn’t have too big a problem acquiring a plot to put his tiny house on.

It depends where they are living to determine actually the price of land. If Betty is located where there is a lot of economic activity as indicated by the environment of the office that Betty is employed, Good land will be pricey. Then the is the issue of zoning. In highly developed area, tiny homes are “zoned out” due to the fact that the homes are on wheels. To find a place for his tiny house, he may have to find a place that is listed as rural. Such a location will probably be a longer commute that Cody would find feasible for bike commuting. Then he might have issues with getting the computer services he would desire. The fact that Cody can afford to buy some land should be no surprise. He has a highly skilled job that pays well. It seems that his whole life is centered around computers and programming. He seems to have no social life outside of work and his friendship with Betty and family. His income is high, and his expenses seem low. Combine this with his apparent wise investments, Cody is probably well ooff.
