    My wife was shocked to learn that half of our power comes from burning coal. She thought it was all hydro; that was true when she was a kid, but Portland has grown and the river is just so big. We’re getting a Tesla next summer, anyway.

    What is the logic in not allowing tiny homes in a community? Where I live there is a homeless problem and the city council is seriously looking at all options.
