    He could find someone who wouldn’t mind having someone on property to ensure it’s safety after-hours. Think junkyard dog without the junkyard or the dog. Maybe someone who owns some land who doesn’t live/work there very often that wouldn’t mind a man with a tiny house living on the land.

    That is some of the most expensive land available. I worked for a civil engineer to make plans for a new cemetery. I still think is is ridiculous to charge so much extra for a plot adjacent to an artificial water feature. After all the resident isn’t going to care about the quality of his resting place,
