This Santa’s busy making her lists and checking them again and again! Lots to do and people to see in a short period of time! I just love this time of the year!
I’ve never posted before, but ya’ll have been a part of my mornings for a good long while…. it appears today’s a great day to introduce myself!
Carpe d-noodle!
Plausible deniability … the first thing they teach you at Congress orientation class. The Senate has the more advanced class; after all, the term is three times as long.
For course the Santa will be only amused to see the box of demands which Calvin has made. The noodle incident may not flash to Santa at this time of the year specially when he has sooo many requests from around the globe.
I am sure that Santa appreciates getting a manuscript in the mail. Calvin has written what I am sure is gripping reading. Maybe he titled it, “Christmas, What Gifts Better Be Under Calvin’s Tree.”
“How bad, hypothetically, to his car?”
“Well, let’s pretend it was REAL bad.”
“Should we pretend it could be fixed?”
“If we imagined he could FIND the car, we could pretend it might be fixed.”
If we imagined we knew all about the noodle incident, we could pretend to figure out which was worse…
lbbear said: Can the noodle incident be worse than the car in the ditch incident?
I don’t know what happened regarding “the noodle incident” … but I can’t imagine how anything could possibly be worse than Calvin putting his parents’ car in a ditch!!!!!!!!!!
A lawyer….. or a politician. Yup. Maybe someday Calvin and Danae (from Non Sequitur) will get together and start a business. Although putting two egos of this nature together in the same space might be explosive.
Okay, for those who don’t know, I’ll spill the beans. The ‘noodle incident’ only exists in reference. There never was a strip depicting it. It is a story that has never been told, only referred to. It is left entirely to one’s imagination.
Why would Hobbes refer to an incident that never happened, when there is agasilian things that did happen, that would worry Calvin?
O how do we find out about the noodle incident?

Sure wish I could tell all of you about Calvin’s noodle incident…… but I was sworn to secrecy.
Calvin’s list for Santa today reminds me of a similar situation:
