so i was starving so i walked to the store down the road form school its about 3 min walk… well the food is always good and its cheep. I normaly get a hamburger or a bacon cheeesburger. well today my teeth hurt so i got myself some ettoufee (Crawfish) and some corn and mixed veggies with a slice of toast and a drink for $9.75 that is such a great price its crazy! so i ate it all and now i feel like im gonna expload! But it was sooooooo gooood! trying to get my headache to go away, but its been here all week, not moving out. stupid headache.

so what are the plans for thanksgiving? i have none yet.

i miss you all so much im glad i have time to come here today. but im willing to bet no one will be on right now.

i need a place to take a nap. ill try to be back later. who knows. love you all!

Hola Carmy & Dry. I had to go to town. LilG’s daughter worked for a trail crew this summer. At the end of the job they were going to throw out some of the wall tents and she snagged one and sent it home. I had to take that heavy sucker to storage today.

I put my garden to rest today, SIGH! Still covering a tomato plant in a pot on my front porch but will take those tomatoes off tmr. and empty my pot. Dug up my carrots, my they are so SWEET! Wish more had come up than what did. Pulled my red beets and will cook them up tmr.

Yes trail crew Dry. She spent the summer building and improving trails in Virginia. My tomatoes bit the dust over a month ago and I made green tomato ketchup, green tomato chutney and relish.

cleo have you ever tried Fried Green Tomatoes?

Her job sounds like a lot of fun and a lot of work! I hope she enjoyed herself/

Yes Shika Fried Green Tomatoes was a movie, it’s also what you do with grren tomatoes at the end of the season if you’re a home gardener, or in restaurants as a delicacy!

My doggie is crazy! He is named Trip and he is indeed a Trip and he loves to Trip people so it works great! He fits in so well over here its crazy. I get home from school and he comes a running he knows the truck. I barely have time to get out the truck and hes trying to jump in my arms. Last night when Mr. L got home Trip jumped in the truck in his lap just looking for love.

Yes I have tried fried green tomatoes and liked them.

My Dad made green tomato relish. Or end of the season relish, as he called.

i need a job so bad right now that im even tempted to apply to avon. thats bad for me.

I sold Avon when I was in my senior year of H.S. and for a little while after I graduated. Used ot be you had to buy your demo kit. It’s a pain in the butt, the whole thing!

Shika everything at the end of the summer, goes into a relish called Chow Chow or Picadilli around these parts! Chow Chow has corn and beans in it though.

dry i cant apply to a gas station… i just tried avon, but not sure about it so yea its a huge pain trying to find a job noone wants to hire.

What about a fast food place? They are always looking for somone.

lol they still have those? i couldnt do it. i have class to early and i would not beable to make it to class. it would be good if i wouldnt have class so early.

Tabby he found a job, but it took awhile, and he is out of college now. And yes, they still have paper routes.

Dry lucky him! the two of us have been looking for months now. it sucks!
