Given that the last McDonalds employee I encountered could not get my order right when we were face-to-face, I do not hold out much hope for app ordering.
Drive-through experience: Gave the order, sat for 2 minutes, manager came and asked me to pull through (there was no one behind me) because Corporate would know (how?) that they kept me waiting too long if i stayed in the lane (sat in the lot for about 10 minutes.) Better to go inside and glare if the service is slow.
I was behind a lady this morning that got only a large hot coffee— with 8 sugars! at the window she asked for a few more sugar packets and a straw (presumably for stirring). That’s not coffee, that’s syrup! (They sell that in Rhode Island, to make “coffee milk”).
