    I think the medication shrunk his head though. Isn’t that what meds for ADHD do?

    Actually, the medicine is usually to help placate the parents’ shortcomings. My son was diagnosed with ADHD, medication was recommended, but I refused. Turns out I just needed to challenge him in his academic pursuits.

    And remind him that he’s not the only child in the classroom? Teachers have a wide variety of needs to be met at once.
