We have a well for our water needs. Whenever there is a bad storm coming we fill up the tub so that we can still flush when needed. One of our cats likes to jump into that tub. I’ve got to set up a video camera.
The water is reflective. They see a cat waiting to get them; or, they know it’s a reflection and just want to play. Like a child when a baby paws water or soup or cereal.
