It’s only degrading if you’re having sex with the client. And enjoy the talents of your youth. You’ll miss them when you hit fifty.

..Lila doesn’t have to have sex with clients to sell her pharmaceuticals..she just needs to bend over a little, twist her leg open a little, look him straight in the eyes and give a wicked smile..haven’t you ever heard of the Bene Gesserit?!?..

And she may not even miss them then, 611Kwel. Julianne Moore turns 50 this year, and look at her! Lila may keep her “talents” for a long time. (Especially if she sticks with motherhood and lays off the booze.)

I admire Lila’s growth, but I kinda miss the Lila who was more offended when people DIDN’T notice her looks constantly. (ie - Mr. Payne and story arcs while she was @ Metromart)

I still see her, somehow, winding up jobless & her and Annie moving in with Dr. Fine & Alan. Then she lives in a nice house, doesn’t have to work really (or can take a little job), gets to spend time with Annie, and lives with a doctor. Plus, I think she and Alan could really hit it off and be friends.

Check out today’s (11/18/10) “Sinfest” comic. It’s on the same subject…
