I remember back in ‘85 we were thinking this. We thought a cruise on New Years would be awesome. We imagined the parties, The fireworks. Back the. We considered a cruise as a once in a lifetime bucket item. We would start saving at that time and would even save for what would be our presumed to be spouses. It never happened. Wifey and I with our two children rang in that New Year in the large (seats 10,000) High School football stadium. They had a wooden dance floor, and activities for kids and fireworks. And we do cruise now. A very affordable means to vacation if you don’t have to fly.
