You definitely should have asked for your change.
Don’t go back there. That is one of the ways I measure if a place cares, if the lettuce is brown or wilted, they don’t care and I suspect the rest of the food.
I’m like that. Bad service, bad overpriced food; not going back there.
Oh – I thought Angermemnon was saying the tip should be wilted lettuce! :)
