This is reminiscent of when Don Nelson implemented the Taco Shaq strategy of distracting O’Neal by putting out a tray of tacos whenever he went to the foul line. Asada situation indeed!

In all reality , today’s strip has Marty expanding on his (my) Spic and Span comment of yesterday . Later in today’s broadcast Marty says " Padilla and Aagar go together like salsa and chips ."

Somewhere in the Marty Moon archives……Brent Raptor is sucking on a donut today, 0 for 3, but with Chris Griffin like grace, he’s scarfing up everything that comes near him in the field. The kid’s got the mobility of a Russian tank, but you’d never know it as he sharply pivots and corners around the post game spread.

In all reality , Marty announces with that bucket Padilla has 23 points tonight , he’s been one hot tamale. Speaking of hot tamales I don’t see Padilla ’s sister in the stands tonight.

I’ve lived in Mexico (a little south of Mexico City) for over 12 years now. Burritos are not considered an authentic Mexican food here.

“Burritos on the other hand are not so popular as a taco or chilli.
