My former dentist had pictures of his 20 acre ranch posted on the ceiling so when you were being worked on you could see them. He always asked once I liked seeing them and I replied that they were nice but our 85 acre ranch was nice too. Yes I know it was snarky but he acted like he was better than anyone else. Stopped going to him after that.
