The lure of the siren call of the couch calls on a cold, rainy day, to many a man however resistance is futile!

I like rain

Already having days warm enough to open the windows here, a nice rainstorm would be welcome

And commitments.

And I have the opposite problem. Cold dreary days send me after those odd cleaning chores I’ve been ignoring—-that cabinet in the utility room, the hall closet, the donation tub …

My couch must be a relative to Adam’s Sofa, because it is always calling my name.

It’s Napping Day! Adam should “celebrate”.

Time for an all-day power-nap.

And the couch calls even as another cup of coffee finds its way homeward.

Rainy Days and Mondays always get me down.

I think snow is the best for naps – when it’s cold, wintry, windy, and blustry outside, but warm in bed. Rain, or especially storms with lightning and thunder is in second place.
