If females can fast for almost ⅔ of a year, what about male polar bears?

It is true about soap. Soap just breaks up the oils on your skin to help wash the germs away.

When scientists were warning us about the hazards of anti-bacterial soap, referring to germs, someone pointed out “If you wash them down the drain, it isn’t necessary to kill them.”

The polar bear item doesn’t sit well with recent photos of starving bears in the north.

The soap helps break the germs grip on your skin, but you still need the friction of rubbing your hands together to break them loose and rinse them away. Anti-bacterial soap has the added agents that help to kill the bacteria not just wash them away, in either case you still need to rub for a sufficient time. You can remove the germs (but not much dirt or grease) by just using water if you rub your hands enough. Say the alphabet in your head while you wash and that is sufficient time, with soap. If you just rinse your hands after using the toilet, congratulations, you have just turned your hands into a massive germ culture, warmth and moisture MMMmmmm.
