Perhaps a mini-mini vacation? No idea what she likes but I sometimes take a day and go for ride in the country, looking at nature’s beauty. Following that up with a stroll in a small village is always nice. Northern France and Western Belgium have some realy quite charming old villages and always a cute cafe.
