Why not go ahead and put swastikas and machine gun towers in the drawing, since it’s obviously what you believe. I’ll bet you could use this same drawing with “Healthcare Reform and Massive Spending Increase Re-Education Camp For The Unpatriotic #147” and it would be exactly as true as your view. Of course it would have to be run by the SEIU, NEA, MSNBC and NPR instead.
Health care reform will most certainly curtail insane spending. This is a fact, and the CBO says so. Republicans seem still to believe in the Laffer Curve. In America, we spend four times as much as Canada does on health care. People there live three years longer, on average.
Do Senate Republicans believe in democracy? Where do they get off with the roadblock 60-40 filibuster nonsense. We the People? Fat chance. It’s all about lining Mitch McConnel’s pockets.
In 1975, the disparity between workers’ pay and upper level execs pay was 30 to one. Now it’s 300 to one. That would be the Raygun Revolution.
Oh, and the campaign donations funneled through the SEIU, NEA and AFSCME, you can track them down to the minutest detail on the Fed Election Committee website. The Chamber, well, not so much.
The Congresspersons who say “no” are a band of nabobs from the land of Hinter, feared for the manner in which they utter the word “no.” They are the keepers of the sacred words: No, Doh, and Foo.
(cribbed from “the Knights who say Ni!”)
We the people do not want socialism you the libs can whine all you want, cry all you want, and lie all you want WE HAVE SPOKEN loud and clear. If you still demand socialism I would suggest you move to a country where sociaism is in effect. Try Greece or Spain socialism has bunkruted, or is about to bankrupt them. STAY THE HELL OUT OF OUR ECONOMY we wish to thrive.
April, with all due respect, the donations from SEIU, NEA, and AFSCME are taken from dues paid by the members, not all of whom would wish to donate to said causes. In many cases, one cannot get a job in certain employment fields unless one is a union member, and the dues are mandatory. In addition, even when disclosure of said funds is made, there is nothing which keeps outside agents from making donations to the unions which can then be funneled through to whatever the original donor’s target was.
Rolling Stones magazine reported from a Tea Party rally that half of the participants were disabled or obese and moved around in motorized chairs they had gotten for free from new healthcare reforms. A congregation of bitter, human waste spweing hate at the very government that support them. Not a single black person was present. Sounds like a real party.
Kiinda funny how all those folks could have gotten their motorized chairs they “got for free from new healthcare reforms” which hadn’t taken effect yet. Sounds like more of Rolling Stone’s typical brand of “journalism” to me.
only a fool, would believe anything written by a left wing source without double checking the facts. Most often I find that these so called news articles are written by someone with an agenda that is not in the best interest of the populace.
