Perhaps those who read Portuguese can find more, but I couldn’t find info about this artist, other than the first page (after adding Google Translate to chrome://extensions/, Google Chrome can automatically translate) pointed to by the Source/Photographer link in the above URL, not even his life span. The URL says he died in 1931 (couldn’t find confirmation of that). This is the first work by him used here.
