Jeez, I remember when I went to the gym once few years back and it was crowded, and a woman who must have been in her 40s to 50s was on the treadmill and fell hard off, we were all concerned, thankfully she was alright. I exercise on treadmills, but I tell you, sometimes they make me nervous, that and the stair-master, which I also use.

I have never fallen off my treadmill, either time.

In a gym, NEVER push or use anything marked quick or fast. It will eventually hurt you. Real bad.
