    Hay Vagabonds

Hazy sunshine temps in the high 60s are forecast.

I’m going see about getting that part I need for my Jeep to get my four wheel drive going again so I can take the road less traveled by.

With that I say God bless and have GREAT day. Hum, have you seen Tony lately?

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Arthur, we’ve had cats ever since I moved out of my parents’ house. This is the first one that has been a problem like this. He’s such a lovable little guy, he’s worth the effort to try and modify his behavior. We do not allow them outside without either a leash or being in the kitty tent. I have had cats disappear and/or be killed because they were allowed to roam outside, so we just don’t do it anymore, at least not on purpose (Blaze being a notable example).

Pinto was a good kid at the vet’s office. He growled and hissed, but after I told the vet tech about his reflexive grooming when you scratch between his shoulder blades, she just kept on scratching him while the vet was examining him and giving his shots. He growled, but it was while he was licking his paws. He never stopped grooming as long as she kept on scratching. He’s got a clean bill of health too. They were impressed by his behavior on the leash, too.

I have bought fabric and a sewing machine to make curtains for all 6 windows (3 living room, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom) in the RV. Now all I have to do is “just do it”. Considering that two of the living room windows are 6 feet long each, it will be a challenge. Plus we still need to get the old valances & blinds down.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

Good Hot and Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

One more day with the family, and then we start heading home. WooHoo! Family is great, but it will be so good to get home. My arthritis is much more painful down here than at home. Don’t know if it’s the pressure change, elevation change or humidity. But, it’s not fun.

Not sure if I’ll be able to say “Hay” tomorrow a.m. since we’ll try to get out early. We need to get to Trader Joes and get some goodies before we leave town. So, I’ll check in when I can.

    xoxo Happy Trails.

    Good afternoon Vagabonds.

    Glad everyone seems OK.

Nice sunny day today with temp at low 60’s and fairly windy.

Tomorrow is the lousy day with rain and being raw.Jan: With all the cats I have had in my family over the years, this was the first one that was let to go out doors, and as I said, we never had a problem but I understand what you are talking about. If we got another one, we probably would keep it in. I doubt that that will happen as we are at the age where we don’t want the additional responsibility.

My prayer group is having a healing service tonight and I will pray for all of you.

    Peace to everyone.
