Have you seen old newsreels of fans at baseball games in the 1920s and 30s? A sea of men wearing jackets, ties, and hats. Hey, fashion….

Good evening/morning/whenever-you-get-here Cleo fans and Puzzlers.

We were extra puzzled for a few minutes there… but now we are UNpuzzled… and least, about the puzzle being there….

and we can once again be properly puzzled… by a Saturday Find the Differences puzzle…

in the Nov 27th  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” … on Sherpa .

Ah… that aftermath…. I’m thinking this is still Thanksgiving night in Cleveland…

Though it can happen all over again in the glorious nights of turkey leftovers, for those as has ’em…. and this year I do! Hooray!

Look… the whole room turned a sleepy blue-ish!

Only the kitchen glows… with it’s promise of turkey and other holiday delights.

The tryptophan explanation has been thoroughly debunked…

but it’s hard to disbelieve it when you look at last night’s attendance here.

I showed up, myself… but not for long. My eyelids weighed about 20 pounds.

    Anyhow… you’re waiting…

so here’s the side by side version to get you on your puzzling way!

Now, as to the puzzle over at C and C (C link above), I am finding the recent tests difficult to pass. Some differences have been so slight that even with the solution posted, I can’t see them.

This one is, too. Seven, after a long look. There are 7.

    Aannnd… speaking of circling something…

which I was in a reply to Liverlips up there ↑…

I’m going to go ahead and post the solution.

A bit earlier than I sometimes do… but I’m not sure how late I’ll be up.

It’s that ol’ leftover turkey magic.

I know some of you are vegetarians or vegans or maybe just hate turkey…

A couple I’ve been friends with for years can’t stand any kind of leftovers… (a first world problem indeed!).

They roast a big turkey and afterward give every bit to their guests… unfortunately they don’t live nearby.

But me… I could eat leftover turkey for weeks.

Mmmm… turkey soup, turkey sandwiches, turkey hash, turkey pasta, curry, tacos… the list goes on!

    Sigh…. but I digress.

That’s not solving the puzzle for you, is it.

So here… without further turkey talk….

    Let’s talk turkey!

Just be sure you’ve done your best…

    before you check right here:

I’m really surprised that there is still some turkey left over. I guess Clara didn’t need to make 5 turkeys. As for yesterday, JP Steve, Clara is immune from any punishment delt by Cleo. As for writing to the ones who run this site, you have to be a computer who knows where they are India or China or Antarctica or what ever planet they are on.

Thanksgiving was, we decided, quiet this year. Only 4 instead of 34! I didn’t have to shoo anyone out of the kitchen for the last 30-45 minutes while the turkey was resting and the oh-too-many-sides were whipping in and out of the oven, including the ones the guests brought that I had to work into the schedule.

It was relaxing. I got to play games both before and after dinner. Shocked the “kids” – 35 and 43. I’m usually in the kitchen all day.

I had purposely pared the menu down to just 2 favorite veggies – instead of 5 or 6. We’re not big dessert eaters so I skipped the pies (and cake and/or cheesecake – like to bake and will do so for company).

Joined a Zoom call with 8 of the missing 30, that was fun.

Yep yep… we did it, Cleophiles…

We’re back here again, this time to discuss

the SUNDAY, Nov 29th  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” on Sherpa.

    A Sunday and a Punday.

“She fell off my motorcycle”, cried Tom Ruthlessly.

or do you prefer…. “What’s become of all the great hitters?”, asked the manager Ruthlessly.

    No?

Anyway… I suppose there’s always….. “Say, what was Boaz like before he married?”  “He was totally Ruthless.”

OK, you’re right. Enough of that.

It’s “Turkey Day 4”, for some… “OMG Anything But Turkey!” day for others…

Another big shopping day for some… and another day of shopping avoidance for others.

Christmas will soon be upon us, whether that’s a big deal for you or no big deal at all…

Any way you look at it… November is fast disappearing… with 2020 soon to follow.

There are many who say “Good riddance!”

I got a message from Marg…. that’s margueritem, who posted here 1st or 2nd most days in 2010…

and my partner of almost a decade in “Marg and Susan’s Super Strength Ultra Brain Bleach.”

She said she and her husband are going to burn their 2020 calendars on New Year’s Eve.

And all that reminds me… don’t forget that the 2020 Christmas flavors of Marg and Susan’s are out…

Cranberry Orange, Cool Peppermint, or Eggnog Whip.

Order some now… whether you buy it at a preferred retailer, like SCHAABS.(StelBel’s Canine Hotel and Antique Browser Store) …

enjoy a refreshing glassful at the Tiki Bar… or have it piped right into your kitchen, like so many Ballard County residences.

Just to expand upon Susan’s Pun Patrol…

Ruth rode on my motorbike, directly back of me.

    I hit a bump at 65, and rode on…

    Ruthlessly.

As in all comedy, the timing is critical.
