I think boo-boo bunnies refer to those little gel filled stuffed animals that you put in the freezer and use as an ice pack when the kid bumps his head or whatever. My nephew has one, but it’s a monkey, not a bunny. They also have ones that you microwave to make a heat pad.

Never having heard of them, I thought they might be Band-Aids with bunnies on them. (A REALLY slow death!)
