Sorry, I’m not getting what the boy #1 got hit with in panel 1, nor what boy #2’s carrying in panel 3 (a hose?). I get that in some way boy #1 looks like he got hit with the equivalent of a water balloon in panel 2 (so that’s probably what he got hit with in panel 1, but it doesn’t look like a balloon) and that the whistler with his arm in a sling (who is boy #2 in panel 3) is probably responsible, but that’s it.
